1. Can I return/exchange my order?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations you can return the item to us and there is the option to exchange the item.

2. Within what period of time can I return the item?

If an article does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. The article must be unused and scratch-free. Damaged or used products are not eligible for exchange or refund. Our returns department will evaluate each product individually.

3. How can I return the package?

When returning/exchanging a product, always fill in the return/exchange form and send it along. We cannot process your package without this form.

Returns are at your own risk and at your own expense. Jéh Jewels is not responsible for lost packages.
